This man changed my life.

I can remember sitting around watching TV stoned out of my mind one late night at about 18 years of age when a crappy Tony Robbins infomercial came on. He said something that changed my life and continues to shape me and every choice i make. "Decisions is the father of action and action shapes your destiny." I knew at that moment that i could be anything i wanted to be and that  i could avoid anything that stood in my way. Mr. Robbins inspired me and led me to the study of NLP(Neuro-Linguistic Programing) and other sciences. Shortly after that i was introduced  to Mr. Steven Covey's work where i learned the law he refers to as the "cause and effect principle"...

The cause-effect principle is important to the concept here developed: mere existence causes things to happen.  These effects of ourexistence are willed or they are involuntary.  When they are willed, we enter a special category of material interaction.  Whenever we alter conditions and cause specific effects to occur, we are preparing. Anything that causes a desired effect, and is done purposely, is preparing.  When we learn to control who we are and how we do things--engineering them to specific designs and plans--we are preparing, even if our preparedness has become HABITUAL and below awareness.

I owe much of my success to following these 2 principles and i owe all of my failures to ignoring them.
When ever i see Tony i make a special prayer for him and his family. he has helped me be a better man than i might have been and inspires me to be better then i am.

Thanks Big T.
